Q. Do you sell to the general public and how do you deliver?

A: Yes, we do. Our minimum order is $50. 
We offer free delivery within Perth Metro suburbs in WA, Australia for all orders over $100.

All other orders, please arrange for pick up at our main stockist – The store espresso.  Our chunky cookie box & fudgy brownie box are currently the only products we ship across Australia by standard post via Australia Post and delivery times are between 7-12 days. Please expect delays during peak seasons, as once we have shipped our products it’s out of our hands.

Q. Do your products contain nuts?

A: All our products may contain traces of tree nuts. So, if you have an allergy please adhere to this warning.

Q. How much notice do we need to provide when we place an order?

A: We require a minimum of 2 business days notice for all public orders to ensure your baked goods are ready for collection. 

Q. Do you sell gift boxes for special occasions?

A: Yes, we do, we have a variety of gift boxes for all occasions such as Father’s day, Mother’s day, anniversary, birthday, farewell or any celebration. Please contact us for customised dessert gift boxes options.

Q. Do you cater for children’s birthday parties?

A: Yes, we do, we offer a range of catering options. Please visit our online shop.

Q. Where can I purchase your products in person?

A: Please visit our Stockist page for more information.  

Q. Do you take orders for corporate catering in Perth?

A: Yes we offer a variety of corporate catering options in Perth, please visit our online shop.

Q. Do you sell gluten free, vegan, dairy free products?

A: Currently we don’t, but we may look at this in the near future.

Q. Can I stock your product in my shop or business?

A: Yes, we are currently stocking our products at cafes and gourmet stores within Perth. Please send us an email to discuss the wholesale details.  hello@missymsweets.com

Q. Do you operate on public holidays?

A: No. We are also closed during WA school holidays for public orders.  

Q. What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

A: Please contact us immediately if there is any issue with your order.

Q. Can I cancel my order and receive a refund if I change my mind?

A: Unfortunately we cannot provide any refunds as all our products are baked fresh to order.  However, please reach out to us to discuss further. hello@missymsweets.com

Q. What are the payment options?

A: We accept paypal or credit card/debit card for all our online orders. If you choose to email us or DM us through your order we will also accept online transfer. However, all payment must be received before we can confirm your order or ship your order.
